COVID-19 UPDATE

With growing concerns around Covid-19, we want to make sure you are aware of the measures we are taking to protect the health and safety of our staff, customers, and community.

While we remain open to provide service to our customers, we request that everyone consider their social responsibility before visiting our location. We understand that many of our valued customers prefer face to face interactions; however, during this time, we feel that for everyone’s safety, we must limit these interactions. Our team will be able to handle most tasks over the phone by a remote session. If we assess that a site visit is required, you will be asked if you have travelled outside of Canada or if you are showing any flu like symptoms. If yes to these questions, any required visit will be booked 14 days after your travel return or absence of symptoms.

Please be assured that we endeavour to maintain our normal high level of service during this time, while being careful to take appropriate measures to minimize risk to you and our staff.

  • – have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days
  • – live with someone who recently travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days
